STUFF TO KNOW IF YOU CHOSE TO BE DELIVERED

In order to ensure the best delivery service, customers must make sure:

1- The delivery address given us is correct and accurate.

- Unit #

- Building # and name

- Buzzer code

- Concierge service
- Any information that can help the driver find the delivery place.

CUSTOMERS WILL DOUBLE CHECK INFO BEFORE SUBMITTING

2- Someone is present at the delivery location at the time choosen for the delivery and make sure the recepient knows about a delivery coming to them. We understand that some customers may want to surprise a friend or a relative but in order to deliver in good conditions the recepient needs to be aware the driver is coming.

3- In case no one answers the door and unless specifically mentioned in the order notes to leave the order at the door, the driver will bring the order back to the store.
The order will be available for pickup at the store until close and an extra fee of the same amount as the delivery fee
 will be charged to cover the cost of returning the order to the store by the driver.
The order will not be refunded partially or fully.


4- In case the delivery address provided is wrong or incomplete and the driver cannot find the delivery location. The driver will try to call the phone number provided for clarification. If the driver's call is not answered and/or the phone number is incorrect, the order will be brought back to the store.
The order will be available for pickup at the store until close and an extra fee of the same amount as the delivery fee will be charged to cover the cost of returning the order to the store by the driver.
The order will not be refunded partially or fully.

5- In the case the customer asked for a no-contact delivery and the order is left at their door, the customer is fully responsible for the order after it has been delivered. Black-Sheep or its delivery partners cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage occuring after the delivery.
